Tandruk or widely pronounced as Chang-zhug which means the “Roar of Dragon” is a temple at Zetang built by the 1st King of Tibet. It is perhaps the most prominent and surviving royal foundation in the whole of Yarlung Valley. Tandruk Dzi category is found around the area, ranging from Tandruk Monastery all the way east towards the Amdo area. The nomads and people in all these areas love the Tandruk Dzi.
