Job Description:

• Provide professional consultation/advice to customers
• Customer service-oriented and sales-driven Customer-centric brings more sales
• Maintain good relationship with customer at all times
• Store cleanliness and tidiness
• Work together with the store manager to achieve sales target Work together with the store manager to achieve sales target
• Provide support for ad hoc sales related duties

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work retail hours, shifts, WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAY (shift rotation)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, friendly tone & positive attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to nature of the business.
• Punctual and no attendance problem
• With or without experience. Training provided
