Job Description:
- Providing professional consultation/advice to customers
- Customer service oriented and sales driven
- Customer-centric and product knowledge oriented
- Maintain good relationship with customer at all times
- Store cleanliness and tidiness
- Achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target
- Work together with the store manager to achieve sales target
- Provide support for ad hoc sales related duties
- Always keep professional, well presented appearance and goal-oriented work culture
- Able to work in team, able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Willingly to learn something new and take-up challenges
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work retail hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays (shift rotation)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, friendly tone & positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to nature of the business.
- Punctual and no attendance problem
- Sales experience 3 years above
- Management training provided
