White Jambhala 白财神

White Jambhala (or Dzambhala Gapee in Tibetan) is the compassionate manifestation of the Bodhisattva Chenrezig (Guan Yin). He can remove the suffering of poverty and sickness, purify non-virtuous karma and karmic obstacles, avert disaster and sickness, and evolve the bodhicitta mind.

White Jambhala, also known as Dzambhala or Kubera, is a deity associated with wealth and abundance in Tibetan Buddhism. As a form of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, White Jambhala is revered for his ability to bring material prosperity, good fortune, and financial abundance to his devotees.

White Jambhala is depicted as a radiant figure with a white complexion, seated on a lotus throne, and adorned with jewels and a crown. He holds a mongoose in his left hand, which spews forth precious jewels and treasures, symbolizing the continuous flow of wealth and prosperity. With his right hand, he holds a citrus fruit, representing the elimination of poverty and the fulfillment of wishes.

Devotees of White Jambhala engage in various practices, such as reciting mantras and performing rituals, to invoke his blessings and seek his assistance in attaining financial stability and success. It is believed that through sincere devotion and practice, one can overcome financial obstacles, acquire wealth, and use it for virtuous purposes to benefit oneself and others.

While White Jambhala is primarily associated with material wealth, his blessings extend beyond financial matters. It is believed that his practice can also bring spiritual wealth, inner peace, and the eradication of negative karma, leading to overall well-being and happiness.

It is important to note that in Buddhist teachings, the pursuit of wealth is balanced with the cultivation of generosity, compassion, and ethical conduct. The practice of White Jambhala is often accompanied by the intention to use wealth for the greater good and the welfare of all beings.
